From 19 September, the Waldgasthaus Baldegg will be transformed into a meeting place for game lovers. The new autumn menu combines classic game dishes with a modern twist. Of particular note is the saddle of venison for two: tender and aromatic, and sourced directly from local hunters. All the ingredients are sourced from the region, reflecting a deep connection to nature.
Another highlight awaits from 15 to 26 October: the traditional Metzgete Tavolata. Hearty specialities are served in a cosy atmosphere, encouraging guests to share and enjoy the food together. Hidden away in a small alleyway on Untere Halde, the restaurant will be serving three autumnal dishes from October onwards.
